Operating Theatre Nurse [WCAN]

• Ensure compliance with established endoscopy and operating room techniques, clinical procedures and safety standards within the assigned area. • Provide peri-procedural nursing support to doctors during endoscopy, anaesthesia-related procedures and patient examinations. • Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient care, procedures and relevant clinical activities. • Coordinate with doctors, nurses and support teams to facilitate the safe and timely turnover of elective and emergency procedures. • Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care throughout the procedural journey within the designated clinical area. • Ensure required billing documentation and relevant charges are accurately captured and processed in accordance with hospital procedures. • Participate in the review, development and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies and procedures. • Contribute to initiatives that enhance patient safety, service quality and operational efficiency. • Perform other relevant responsibilities as assigned by management.
