Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities: • Build and manage strong relationships with large corporate clients , providing tailored corporate banking solutions including corporate loans, trade finance, cash management and cross-border financing . • Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities across corporate banking products and services. • Prepare credit proposals, financial assessments and credit papers , ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Manage and monitor the credit portfolio , including credit risk assessment and ongoing account performance. • Work closely with Credit, Compliance, Operations and other internal teams to structure and execute suitable financing solutions. • Keep updated on market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activities within the large corporate segment. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience , preferably managing large corporate clients . • Strong knowledge of corporate loans, trade finance, loan syndication, cash management and cross-border financing . • Proven experience in credit portfolio management, financial analysis and preparation of credit proposals/papers . • Strong written and spoken English , with the ability to prepare detailed credit papers and communicate effectively with corporate clients. • Excellent relationship management, negotiation and interpersonal skills , with a proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
