Procurement Administrator 1-Year Renewable Contract | Up to $4,000/month #HJN

• Provide administrative and operational support for procurement activities. • Assist with contracts, NDAs, purchase orders and procurement documentation. • Maintain and update procurement and vendor records. • Support purchasing activities and liaise with vendors when required. • Assist with invoice processing and contract renewals. • Update procurement information in relevant systems. • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders. • Ensure procurement records and documentation are accurate and up to date. • Assist with meetings, coordination and other administrative activities. • Handle basic queries and provide general support to the procurement team. Requirements • Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related field. • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or procurement experience.
