• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay orders to the relevant team. • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. • Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide basic information about available food and beverages. • Prepare and clear tables before and after service. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of the dining and service areas. • Process customer bills and payments accurately when required. • Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Respond to customer requests and feedback professionally and refer any issues to the supervisor when necessary. • Follow established food hygiene, workplace safety and service procedures. • Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor.
