Data & Marketing Supervisor / Power BI (S-C)

Job Summary • Role: Combine data analysis and marketing leadership to build the foundational datasets and insights that drive sales analysis and market development using Microsoft, SAP, and company software. • Objective: Build and maintain the datasets and reports that define sales direction; turn those data-driven insights into targeted marketing and sales actions and guide and execute those initiatives. • Marketing scope: Lead integrated B2B marketing activities — promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement — and guide the marketing team toward measurable growth. Key Requirements Skills: • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; experience building reports and dashboards. • Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus. Experience & qualifications: • Minimum 4-9 years of relevant experience. • Proven, data-driven marketing, campaign executive, and lead-generation experience. • Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution. • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
