5 days Technical Specialist (HVAC & Mechanical) up to $9000 (Lakeside)

Technical Specialist (HVAC & Mechanical) $7,500 – $9,000 Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm Lakeside Job Responsibilities: • Act as the technical specialist for HVAC and Mechanical systems for the Jurong Expansion Project. • Review HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility designs, technical submissions and design changes. • Provide technical support on HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems. • Assess technical, cost, schedule and operational impacts of proposed solutions. • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams. • Support equipment evaluation, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. • Resolve technical issues and support project decisions. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and authority requirements. • Support testing, qualification and handover of mechanical systems. Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, industrial, data centre or high-tech facilities. • Experience in design, construction, commissioning and project handover. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems. • Experience with chilled water, cooling water, CDA, process exhaust or related utilities. • Familiar with EPC projects, design management and change management. • BIM knowledge (Revit / Navisworks) is an advantage. • Professional Engineer (PE) registration is an advantage.
