Marketing Manager

Responsibilities • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to achieve business growth objectives • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and sector changes • Identify potential markets, key customers, and relevant industry sectors for targeted marketing • Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business • Collect and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project updates • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and tracking return on investment (ROI) • Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget status, and outcomes for senior management review • Develop partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and companies to expand the company’s network and market reach • Negotiate co-marketing agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with industry stakeholders • Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure they have the skills and resources to execute strategies effectively • Provide operational support to the Commercial and Billing departments as needed • Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties and deliverables as required • Execute additional tasks assigned by Senior Management or General Managers Job Requirement • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & SAPB1 is a must • Strong time management, focus and ability to multi-task • Strong time management, focus and ability to multi-task • Understanding of the ship repair industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements. • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the ship repair industry.
