Sales Manager $5.8K–$6.8K + Commission + Transport Allowance | Variable Bonus up to 2.5 months + AWS | Jurong

Key Responsibilities • Develop new business in the Construction and Industrial sectors by finding and qualifying opportunities • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, site assessments, technical consultations, proposals, negotiations and closing • Hit and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets • Grow existing accounts through strategic account planning and strong client relationships • Recommend the right products and solutions based on each customer's application and site conditions • Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and reliable after-sales support • Manage accounts receivable and make sure payments are collected on agreed terms • Track market trends, competitor activity and the sales pipeline, and report regularly to senior management • Travel overseas when needed to support and expand the regional customer base Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry • Background in industrial, construction, equipment or technical B2B sales is a strong advantage • Familiarity with hydraulic hoses or fluid connectors is a bonus, but not essential • Self-driven and results-focused, and open to overseas travel when required How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua (R1110624) EA License No: 06C4642
