Sales Administration Executive (Marine / Redhill / 5 days) [EL]

• Respond promptly to incoming customer enquiries via email, telephone and other channels. • Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements. • Provide accurate information on product availability and delivery lead times. • Maintain good knowledge of the company’s product portfolio to support customer enquiries. • Coordinate order confirmations, delivery schedules and logistics arrangements with relevant internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and support new customer enquiries. • Ensure pricing and applicable mark-ups are applied according to established customer categories. • Follow up on customer requirements and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. • Work closely with the Order Processing team to ensure smooth order handover. • Check customer purchase orders against quotations before submitting orders for processing. • Provide support to other divisions when required. • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
