Accountant (Part-Time) - Tampines

Job Scope • Checking that payment vouchers and receipts are prepared correctly with the necessary supporting documents. • Ensuring accounting entries from payment vouchers are correctly posted into QuickBooks. • Checking that journal adjustments are posted correctly. • Verifying the accuracy of monthly financial statements, including:Income and Expenditure StatementTrial BalanceBalance Sheet • Submitting the monthly financial statements by the end of the third week of the following month. • Preparing consolidated financial statements for the SMC bank account. • Responding to audit queries and providing information required for the annual audit.
