Finance & Accounting Manager [EL]

• Lead the monthly financial closing and reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of management and HQ reports. • Review monthly management accounts and perform in-depth analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet variances, trends and key financial drivers. • Provide clear financial insights and commentary to Management to support performance monitoring, forecasting and business decisions. • Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on corporate governance activities, including Board Resolutions, statutory documentation and related compliance matters. • Lead the coordination of the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion. • Manage and coordinate tax compliance activities covering GST, Corporate Income Tax and transfer pricing in accordance with applicable Singapore requirements. • Monitor financial and statutory compliance matters and ensure relevant reporting and documentation are maintained accurately and on a timely basis. • Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, controls and management information. • Work collaboratively with internal departments, external auditors, tax advisors and other stakeholders on finance and compliance matters. • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and projects to support Management and business requirements.
