6 Months Assistant Service Manager (Bank Teller) #NJN

Tampines Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.30 pm; Every Saturday: 8.30am to 4pm, Sunday off (additional 1 rest day per week, only on weekday) Job Scope • Objective – To be based at bank branch • Frontline Operations: Performing over-the-counter (OTC) transactions, such as cash deposits/withdrawals and account servicing. • Customer Experience: Handling client inquiries and complaints, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. • Risk and Compliance: Working with the Service Manager to manage operational and transactional risks, ensuring strict adherence to banking policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. • Staff Supervision: Assisting in the supervision, mentoring, and training of branch staff, which may include helping with performance reviews and scheduling. • Business Support: Identifying and referring clients to relevant business units for new services or potential business opportunities to help the branch meet its targets. • Branch Administration: Managing controlled items (like cash and sensitive documents), assisting with opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the branch atmosphere is professional and orderly.
