Job Scope: • Use of BIM to perform drawing work. • Leverage BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation • Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria • Monitor modelling/update drawings and inform BIM in charge if there are any changes - Checking if there is any crashing • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges • Development of a content library suitable for Project, Sales and Sales Engineering team. • Report to BIM Coordinator and perform work task assigned Requirements: • Min ITE/Diploma with good knowledge of BIM and the ability to implement the use of multi-disciplinary modelling on projects. • Preferably with relevant experience in the design and specification of Escalator and Elevator. • A clear understanding of multi-disciplinary design approach and the delivery of projects to a high quality from bid stage to operation. • Able to create “families” using BIM • MS Projects, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP experience an advantage. • Revit, Navis Work, Autocad is a MUST.
