• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple countries in APAC, ensuring consistent service delivery standards (SLAs/KPIs).
• Manage P&L responsibility for the regional portfolio, optimizing operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean management principles and digital transformation tools.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-cultural team of Facility Managers, Technical Leads, and support staff across the region.

• Conduct performance reviews, identify talent gaps, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for key clients and stakeholders in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and property owners.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment on goals, performance, and future needs.
Compliance, Risk & Sustainability:
• Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, environmental (HSE), and regulatory requirements in all operating countries.
• Implement and monitor risk management protocols, including business continuity planning and emergency response procedures.
• Drive sustainability initiatives (ESG) to reduce carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency across the portfolio.
Vendor & Contract Management:
• Oversee the procurement and management of third-party service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure value for money.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role covering the Asia Pacific region.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site portfolios in corporate or commercial sectors.
Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of FM best practices, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 41001), and HSE regulations.
• Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Archibus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence across cultures.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is preferred to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders, clients, and partners who communicate primarily in these languages.)
