*PERM* Program Executive (Order Fulfilment) ($3.5K to $4K) #NJA

The Job: • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customer accounts. • Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, requests, and order updates. • Keep customers informed of order status, shipment schedules, and potential issues. • Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) and issue order acknowledgements in a timely manner. • Process RFQs and coordinate quotation follow-ups with relevant departments. • Handle change orders and ensure alignment between quoted prices and customer PO. • Maintain accurate data entry and update sales orders and job orders in the company’s ERP/MRP system • Adjust material allocations and monitor order progress within the system. • Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure delivery timelines are met. • Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to expedite orders when necessary. • Identify potential delays and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders. • Prepare and submit customers’ open order reports accurately and on time Qualifications: • Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or related discipline • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in planning, production coordination, or supply chain roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interested applicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sg or call JANE @ 6735 1955.
