Accountant (West / Construction) [EL]

• Review subsidiaries’ monthly financial accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents to ensure accuracy and timely completion. • Coordinate month-end closing and tax filing activities for subsidiaries. • Conduct financial variance analysis and prepare management reports on key financial performance indicators. • Monitor cash flow positions and capital requirements of subsidiaries and provide relevant updates to management. • Provide accounting guidance and support to regional subsidiaries on financial reporting and accounting matters. • Assist with the preparation and review of statutory financial statements. • Coordinate with outsourced accounting service providers, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants. • Support the Group’s annual budgeting and forecasting processes. • Ensure subsidiaries comply with Group accounting policies, guidelines and internal control requirements. • Assist with other accounting and finance activities as required.
