Administrative Specialist (6 Months Renewable Contract)

About the Role We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to support smooth day-to-day office operations and work closely with internal teams, vendors and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies and vendor coordination. • Handle office assets, inventory and procurement of office supplies. • Support finance-related matters including payments, expenses and reimbursements. • Coordinate business travel arrangements and related logistics. • Support employee onboarding/offboarding and coordinate IT equipment and access. • Liaise with HQ and regional teams across Admin, Finance, HR and IT. • Coordinate company events, annual budgeting and other recurring activities. • Handle other administrative and operational tasks as required. Requirements • Degree in any discipline is required. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, office operations or a related role. • Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
