Community Services Operations Manager [WCAN]

• Develop new initiatives, processes, service standards and operational plans that support the organisation’s strategic direction. • Evaluate and improve existing processes for programmes and services to promote efficiency and better service outcomes. • Coordinate staff induction and support the implementation of training and professional development initiatives. • Manage and monitor the delivery of programmes and services in accordance with the Centre’s objectives and established standards. • Collaborate with the Senior Manager in developing strategies and policies for community-based services. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners and other stakeholders to support smooth service delivery. • Provide day-to-day operational leadership and supervision to Centre staff. • Monitor programme and service expenditure and ensure resources are utilised appropriately within approved budgets. • Conduct regular reviews of programmes and services and recommend improvements based on client needs, feedback and operational requirements.
