Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning, development and execution of forensic psychology research projects, including studies related to offending behaviours, risk factors, protective factors and prevention efforts. • Conduct literature reviews and analyse local and international research to identify emerging trends and patterns in offending behaviours. • Assist in designing and implementing research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups and other data collection methods. • Support the collection, management and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research data. • Analyse research findings to identify behavioural insights and contribute to evidence-based recommendations. • Prepare research outputs including reports, presentation decks, briefs, infographics and other communication materials for different audiences. • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including research discussions, webinars, training sessions and dialogue sessions. • Assist with research documentation, project coordination and administrative activities related to research initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support forensic psychology and behavioural research projects. Key Requirements: • Degree with Honours in Psychology or a related field , with interest or exposure in forensic psychology, criminology, behavioural science or related research areas . • Strong understanding of research methodology , study design and data collection approaches. • Experience in conducting research related to human behaviour, offending patterns, risk factors or social issues will be advantageous. • Knowledge of psychometric principles and experience with surveys , interviews , focus groups or behavioural assessments is preferred. • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to translate research findings into clear reports and presentations. • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
