Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Mandarin Speaker, Hybrid) Industry: Recruitment & Staffing Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang (Hybrid) Who We Are: World Class Efficiency-driven Workforce Solutions Expert What You Will Do: • Create content to build the CEO’s personal brand and strengthen the company’s brand image. • Handle the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, content planning, scripting, filming coordination, editing, posting, and optimization. • Manage social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Turn the CEO’s thoughts, industry knowledge, and daily work into content such as short videos, captions, posts, and storytelling content. • Create company branding content including company culture, team activities, employee stories, events, and business updates. • Manage the content calendar and ensure content is posted consistently. • Track content performance and suggest ideas for improvement. • Work closely with the CEO and internal team to gather content ideas and branding materials. What You Will Bring: • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Branding, or related field is preferred. • At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, branding, or digital marketing. • Good in content planning, copywriting, short video creation, and social media management. • Familiar with tools such as AI tools, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. • Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work closely with the CEO and understand how to present professional and brand-focused content.
