B- Sales Executive ( Paper Packaging)

Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage sales activities for paper, packaging, board, and related product portfolios. -Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. -Build long-term partnerships with customers across printing, packaging, converting, and manufacturing industries. -Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities. -Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contract discussions. -Coordinate closely with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. -Monitor sales pipeline and achieve individual sales targets and business growth objectives. -Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and forecasts to management. -Participate in business meetings, customer visits, and industry-related activities. Requirements -Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Printing Technology, Packaging, or related fields. -Minimum 2–8 years of B2B sales experience (designation may vary based on experience level). -Candidates from paper merchant, paper manufacturing, printing, packaging, cartonboard, pulp, labels, converting, industrial materials, or related industries are highly preferred. -Proven experience in business development, account management, and customer acquisition. -Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented. -Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities when required. -Possess own transport and valid driving licence. -Existing network within printing houses, packaging manufacturers, converters, distributors, or industrial buyers. -Familiarity with paper grades, packaging materials, commercial pricing, and supply chain processes. -Experience handling regional or international accounts will be an added advantage. *If you are interested to apply, kindly submit your updated resume in DOC/PDF format and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
