CNC Machine Setter / Programmer (3 & 4 Axis)

Set up and prepare 3-axis & 4-axis CNC machines for production by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications. Load and verify CNC programs, perform test runs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cutting parameters for efficiency. Conduct routine inspections, maintain machine cleanliness, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with operators and engineers to improve productivity and minimize downtime.
