Project Supervisor – Site Operations & Documentation ​Company Industry: Industrial Solutions / Engineering & Installation Services Job Type: Full-Time / Site & Office Experience Level: Supervisor / 3–6 Years ​Job Overview ​We are seeking an active Project Supervisor to manage on-site project execution and handle essential project documentation. In this role, you will oversee work on client sites—ensuring projects stay on schedule, safety standards are met, and work is completed according to technical drawings. You will also manage documentation flow between site teams, client representatives, and internal office management. ​Key Responsibilities ​On-Site Supervision & Field Execution ​Site Management: Oversee day-to-day work execution at client project sites, ensuring installation/assembly follows approved engineering drawings and site layouts. ​Daily Routine & Progress Updates: Monitor daily site progress, record manpower/subcontractor activity, and submit structured daily progress reports to management and clients. ​Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on-site for client engineers, site safety officers, sub-contractors, and main contractors. ​Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce compliance with site safety regulations (OSHA/EHS requirements) and conduct quality inspections before job handover. ​Site Troubleshooting: Identify on-site technical issues, design discrepancies, or delay risks early and coordinate quick solutions with management. ​Internal & External Documentation ​External (Client-Facing) Documentation: Prepare site progress reports, Method Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments, Inspection Checklists, Site Variation Requests, and Work Completion/Handover Certificates for client endorsement. ​Internal (Office) Documentation: Maintain organized project files, manage site delivery order (DO) verification, verify vendor/subcontractor claims, update project Gantt charts, and log material requisitions. ​Meeting & Administrative Support: Attend internal project coordination meetings and client site meetings; take clear minutes of meeting (MOM) and track action items. ​Key Requirements ​Education: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical field experience. ​Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Field Engineer, or Project Lead managing on-site mechanical/industrial installation projects. ​Documentation & Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiar with documentation procedures for site entry passes, MOS, and site progress reports. ​Technical Skills: Able to read and interpret 2D/3D mechanical assembly drawings, site layout plans, and technical specification sheets. ​Mobility & Soft Skills: Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites. Strong communication skills to coordinate between site workers and office management.
