Job Description: • System Integration: Assist in the design and testing of automated control systems for machinery like cookies depositors and cake injectors. • Programming Support: Support the R&D team in basic PLC programming and troubleshooting sensor-based automation logic. • Prototype Testing: Conduct performance tests on new AI-integrated machine prototypes to ensure precision and reliability. • Circuit & Wiring: Participate in the electrical assembly, wiring, and panel building for new machine models. • Data Monitoring: Assist in setting up machine monitoring systems to track production capacity and efficiency. • Technical Research: Perform research on the latest automation components and Industry 4.0 trends to improve current machinery offerings. Qualifications: • Education: Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering. • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of PLC programming, electrical circuit design, and familiarity with automation software. • AI & Tech Savvy: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its application in industrial settings. • Language Proficiency: Trilingual proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred for effective technical communication. • Attributes: A fast learner with a proactive attitude and a strong problem-solving mindset.
