Key Responsibilities 1. Software & System Development ● Assist in developing and maintaining web-based internal system modules. ● Implement basic features such as data entry forms, dashboards, and reports. ● Support role-based access control and approval workflows under guidance. 2. Database & Data Handling ● Support the design and management of structured databases under supervision. ● Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments. ● Assist in migrating data from Excel files and manual records. 3. Business Workflow Support ● Work with supervisors to understand departmental processes. ● Help translate operational requirements into system features with guidance. ● Support automation of repetitive administrative tasks. 4. Testing, Documentation & Support ● Test system functionality with internal users. ● Assist in fixing bugs and improving system usability. ● Prepare basic technical and user documentation. Requirements: ● Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. ● Basic knowledge of at least one programming language. ● Basic understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). ● Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Personal Attributes ● Willingness to learn and follow structured guidance. ● Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented. ● Able to communicate clearly with non-technical users. ● Strong interest in building practical and usable systems.
