ENGINEERING COORDINATOR (Internship)

Location: No. 20, Jalan Industri Taming Mas, Pusat Industri Taming Mas, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Job Description: • Project Coordination: Assist the Engineering team in coordinating project schedules, machine installation, servicing, and daily project activities. • Documentation Management: Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating technical drawings, machine SOPs, component lists, and service records. • Procurement & Inventory: Assist in sourcing spare parts and materials, preparing purchase requests, and conducting stock checks. • Cross-Department Liaison: Support communication between Engineering, Sales, and Accounts teams regarding project requirements and updates. • Client Communication: Assist in following up on service schedules, maintenance updates, and basic client inquiries. • Admin Support: Assist with service reports, project records, team schedules, and outstation arrangements. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics), Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Familiarity with basic project management tools or ERP systems is an advantage. Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. Attributes: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
