Linen Attendant

• Ensures all hotel linen (Room and F&B) are in proper condition • Returns to laundry any item which require more attention and gives to the seamstress any item which require mending • Ensures that uniform was exchanged on one to one basis only • Documents the issue of extra linen needs by rooms and F&B properly in case of emergency • Inform the Supervisor about any damage/misuse or loss of linen and uniform • Assist porter as and when required • Follow up on outstanding uniform or costume • Follow the linen room and company rules and regulation • Special assignment as assigned by superior • The main responsibility of all employees of Sunway Resort Hotel (SRH) is to avoid self-inflicted injury to themselves and any other persons around who might be affected by the employees’ action at work. • All employees are to extend their fullest support and cooperation with the employer or any other appointed persons in the discharge of any duties or requirements imposed by the employer or any other appointed persons responsible authorized to implement the necessary safety and health regulations deemed mandatory under the Occupational, Safety and Health Act 1994 • Every employee working within the respective environment such as Engineering, Kitchen, Housekeeping is responsible to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and must comply with all the work instruction and safety rules accordingly • To report unsafe working condition or environment to his superior or directly to OSHA Officer. • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
