TECHNICAL ASSISTANT CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

Key Responsibilities: Receive, record and monitor customer complaints and quality issues. Coordinate investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) for customer complaints. Prepare and follow up on 8D reports and corrective action reports. Apply quality problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis and other QC tools. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QC and QRE teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Monitor corrective and preventive actions until effective closure. Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and ensure prevention of recurrence. Liaise with customers regarding complaint status, investigation findings and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports, complaint analysis and supporting documentation. Monitor complaint trends and identify recurring quality issues for improvement. Support customer audits, internal audits and other quality-related activities. Ensure all customer complaint records and quality documentation are properly maintained. Promote continuous improvement in product quality, process reliability and customer satisfaction.
