TECHNICAL ASSISTANT QRE

Key responsibilities include: Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Investigate customer and internal quality complaints and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Prepare and follow up on 8D reports, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA). Apply quality problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis and other QC tools. Support inspection, testing, measurement and validation activities. Liaise with customers regarding technical and quality-related issues. Monitor corrective action effectiveness and prevent recurrence of quality problems. Analyse quality data and identify opportunities for process and product improvement. Support internal, customer and certification audits. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve quality, productivity and process reliability. Maintain proper documentation and quality records in accordance with company and customer requirements.
