We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant (Foreign Worker) to join our growing team. This role will support the HR department in managing daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in staff-related matters to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. Role Overview The HR Assistant (Foreign Worker Management) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of foreign workers, including work permit applications and renewals, FOMEMA registration, government and agency liaison, worker documentation, hostel and transportation arrangements, employee welfare, and repatriation matters. The role requires close coordination with foreign workers, agents, Management, HR/Admin, government authorities, clinics, and other external parties to ensure all processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
