Head, Technology Transformation

Role Purpose: • Lead the execution of the enterprise technology transformation agenda. • Drive modernization of core platforms, digital capabilities, AI adoption, and technology-enabled business change. • Ensure strategic technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes, operational improvements, and organizational adoption. Key Accountabilities: Enterprise Technology Transformation • Co-own and drive the enterprise technology transformation roadmap. • Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation initiatives. • Align technology investments with business objectives and outcomes. • Drive delivery across business, operations and technology teams. • Establish governance, reporting and decision-making forums. Program Leadership & Delivery • Lead large-scale technology transformation programs from initiation to value realization. • Manage interdependencies, risks, priorities and delivery outcomes. • Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget and benefits. • Partner business and technology leaders to remove delivery obstacles. • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, risk and regulatory requirements. • Monitor program performance, benefits and strategic outcomes. AI & Innovation • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies. • Embed innovation into business and operational processes. • Translate technology innovation into measurable business value. Stakeholder Leadership • Partner senior business leaders, CTO, architecture and delivery teams. • Influence enterprise priorities and investment decisions. • Lead change, adoption and stakeholder engagement across transformation programs. People • Lead and develop Transformation Office resources and program teams. • Manage system integrators, vendors and delivery partners. • Influence stakeholders across all business functions. Requirements: • 15+ years leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives. • Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide technology programs. • Experience in technology modernization, digital transformation and AI adoption. • Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level. • Experience managing complex vendor and partner ecosystems. • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. • PMP, PgMP, MSP, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.
