Executive - Personal Financial Services Telemarketing (Credit Shield Sales)

If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Functional (job responsibilities) • Make outbound calls to HLB credit cards customers to promote and sells HLCSP • Provide information about the features and benefits of various assurance services, addressing customer needs and concern. • Handle customer objections and work to overcome them through effective communication and persuasion techniques. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer inquiries • To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management. • To maintain and uphold service standards ensuring it is complying to the compliance and consistency of Code of Conduct & Ethic policy in cards acquisition effort at all times • Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products and the financial market. • Active participation in providing feedback during discussions • Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department. • To carry out any other duties as directed by the management. Organizational (organizational responsibilities) • Adhering to department process and procedures in complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance; • Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities; • Participate and display team work in all aspects of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times. Education/Qualification • Minimum SPM and above. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience • 2 – 3 years in sales industry, preferably in Telemarketing environment is an added advantage. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Good command of English / Bahasa Malaysia / Cantonese / Mandarin languages. Multi-lingual skill will be an added advantage. • Able to work under pressure, aggressive and result-orientated.
