Job responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. - Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure facilities are in optimal condition. - Assist in the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures. - Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facilities services. - Monitor and track facilities expenses, ensuring budget compliance. - Organize and maintain facilities documentation and records. - Support the planning and execution of facilities-related projects and initiatives. - Respond to facilities-related inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Job requirements: - Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - AI Competent - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to facilities management.
