Front Office Coordinator \ Beach Road \ 4 months Contract SUMMARY The Office Operations teams run the day-to-day operations to keep our employees safe, happy, and productive. Office Operations works closely with leadership and staff to ensure the business operations runs smoothly and continues to be a fantastic place to work. This position requires being in-office 5 days a week. RESPONSIBILITIES • Be the face of the organisation by welcoming visitors and supporting employees in the office. • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor, candidate, and employee has a positive experience. • Manage guest check-ins through internal systems and in partnership with building security. • Serve as the main point of contact with building security to manage and coordinate badging requests. • Issue badges for new hires and visitors. • Oversee incoming mail and packages. • Monitor and order office supplies as needed. • Keep the reception and mailroom areas clean, organized, and inviting. • Handle certificate of insurance (COI) needs with vendors. • Build Business relationships with vendors and source new partners as needed. • Provide excellent customer service for all employee requests in person and through internal ticketing systems. • Partner with the OfficeOps team to research and source materials for office events. • Support internal events—both ad hoc and recurring. • Support occasional, pre-scheduled events that may take place outside standard business hours. REQUIREMENTS: • 1–3 years of office or administrative experience and communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing. • People-focused and professional, with a friendly and empathetic approach. • Build good business relationships and help create a welcoming, collaborative space. • Organized, detail-oriented, and manage your time well. • Take initiative and enjoy finding ways to improve how things work. • Calm under pressure and bring structure to fast-moving situations. • Creative and resourceful, with solid spreadsheet skills and a passion for team culture. ================================================= Your Safety and Data Security Matter to Us ManpowerGroup is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
