Drivers | Welfare Service for Seniors

• Assist clients with boarding and alighting from the vehicle (bus), operating wheelchair lifts and other mobility equipment as required. • Ensure clients' safety by implementing and adhering to transportation safety procedures before and during every journey. • Deliver a safe, comfortable, and positive transport experience through courteous and attentive client service. • Escort clients between the vehicle, their residences, and appointment venues in accordance with service requirements. • Accompany seniors to and from hospitals or healthcare facilities for medical appointments, including assisting with registration, payment, scheduling follow-up appointments, and collecting prescribed medication from the pharmacy. • Support seniors during appointments by providing companionship, assisting with wheelchair mobility, and ensuring their comfort while waiting for transport. • Observe clients' well-being, provide social monitoring, and promptly escalate any concerns in accordance with established procedures. • Coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring client satisfaction. • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure timely and reliable transport services.
