HR Executive (Hill Street, 3 Months)

Job Scope: Admin Support for Training & OD 1. Support the Learning andDevelopment administration, which includes handling officers’ queries,collating in-house courses nominations and registrations, raising servicerequests and management of e-learning accounts. 2. Coordinate with officers,learning providers and VITAL on course registration/ management. 3. Provide logisticalsupport for induction programme and other OD events. 4. Assist the team ingeneration of reports, processing and cleaning-up data for reporting. Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding : · You will support the team inthe recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications,arranging interviews, administering written test and following up withcandidates on required documents. · You will manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave. · You will support the team in tracking employee contracts. You will undertake any other work as assigned. Requirements • Prior HR experience is useful. • Stakeholders(internal and external) management. • Proficient in MS Office.
