Location : Old Choa Chu Kang Road Position : Temp - TRAINING ADMIN OFFICER Hiring Organisation: Basic Training School, Training Command. Contract Period: 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 (6 months) Salary: S$3,200 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm JOB SCOPE The candidate will be responsible for supporting the full procurement cycle, which includes: * Conduct research, including sourcing for products and/or services * Reaching out to suitable vendors for quotations * Conduct market survey and make recommendations * Raising Purchase Requests (PRs) * Managing the end-to-end procurement cycle * Stakeholder coordination (internal units & external parties) * Compliance checks on store and contract management CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Diploma or GCE A-Level (or equivalent) would be advantageous * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills * Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Meticulous, organised and able to follow processes and instructions carefully * Proactive and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within stipulated timelines * Procurement and vendor management experience would be advantageous * Prior experience with procurement processes within the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) cluster, preferably with SPF, would be highly advantageous * Knowledge of the Integrated Logistics Management System(iLMS) would be an advantage but is not mandatory * Willingness to undergo the required admin processing, as the role involves working in a protected place and handling sensitive data.
