Receptionist cum Admin

You will manage front desk operations, handle communications, and support administrative and HR tasks to ensure smooth office functioning and positive visitor experiences. Responsibilities • Greet visitors, clients, suppliers, and staff professionally to create a welcoming environment • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while managing switchboard and email enquiries efficiently • Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries to maintain timely communication flow • Manage office supplies inventory and reorder to ensure availability for daily operations • Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized state for a professional appearance • Perform filing, data entry, record-keeping, and documentation to support administrative workflows • Assist with basic HR and administrative duties to support department needs as required • Coordinate internal communications and facilitate collaboration between departments Preferred competencies and qualifications • Secondary/ITE Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline • 1–3 years of reception or administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings • Demonstrated communication skills through effective interaction with clients and team members • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks accurately • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player and maintain a customer-oriented approach • Ability to communicate in written and spoken Chinese to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors
