Warehouse Admin Assistant

• 5.5 Days Working Arrangement • Positive Working Environment • Attractive Remuneration Package As a Warehouse Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipment documentation accurately and on time. • Monitor warehouse operations and update shipment/receipt status in WMS. • Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to resolve stock and operational issues. • Maintain proper filing and documentation records for shipments and warehouse activities. • Track inventory discrepancies, returns, and stock movements to ensure accuracy. • Support daily warehouse administration, including attendance and asset records. • Assist with stock counts, audits, and other ad hoc operational duties as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or above. • Prior working experience in warehouse environment is an added advantage.
