Workplace Experience Associate

• Central work location • Reputable organisation • Monday to Friday, office hours As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, visitors and prospective clients. • Deliver a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience to members and visitors. • Ensure daily workspace operations run smoothly and identify operational or maintenance issues. • Manage walk-ins, schedule workspace tours and support prospective clients throughout their visit. • Handle member enquiries and concerns, resolving issues or escalating them to management when required. • Manage pantry operations, consumables, access cards and general workplace supplies. • Liaise with vendors, building management and internal teams on IT, engineering, housekeeping and other operational matters. • Handle walk-in leads, conduct workspace tours and identify opportunities to support membership conversion. • Support initiatives, communications and activities that foster connections and engagement among members. • Assist with planning, setup and execution of member events, including F&B coordination and on-site support. Requirements : • Minimum a Diploma with a minimum 2 years of work experiences in front office or guest relations.
