(Senior) Principal Consultant, Recruitment

You’ve built a strong desk. What do you want the next stage to look like? There comes a point in recruitment where you’ve proven you can deliver. You know your market. You’ve built client relationships. You have a track record behind you. You’re still commercially driven, and you still enjoy being close to the work. The next move should recognise how far you’ve come, while giving you room to go further. We’re looking for experienced recruitment professionals to bring the market expertise and commercial track record they’ve already built into a platform where they can continue to grow. We’re open to recruitment professionals from a range of specialisations. What matters is the market expertise and commercial track record you’ve built. Here, specialisation is built around function, not industry. You could work on roles in your specialisation across a diverse range of sectors, giving you broader access to the market while continuing to deepen the functional expertise you’ve built. What You’ll Be Doing • Own and develop your specialist recruitment market • Build deeper, longer-term client relationships • Grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities • Build strong candidate networks and market credibility • Lead recruitment assignments from search through to placement • Take ownership of your pipeline and commercial performance • Continue developing the depth and value of your desk What We’re Looking For You’ve already established yourself in agency recruitment and can demonstrate: • A strong track record of billing and delivery • The ability to build, develop and grow client relationships • Strong market and candidate knowledge within your specialisation • Commercial drive and ownership of your desk • The confidence to operate with a high degree of autonomy • A desire to remain hands-on with clients, candidates and the market Your next move should feel like one. You don’t need to leave behind the part of recruitment you’re good at in order to keep progressing. If you’ve reached the point where you’re thinking about what the next level of your recruitment career could look like, or how much further you could take your specialisation with a broader market to work with, it may be worth a conversation. Let’s talk. We're grateful for every application. Due to the volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
