Central Registry Officer (Digitisation & Records) | Newton

Job Scope To support CR operations, cover both digitisation-related tasks and day-to-day registry functions, as follow: • Preparation of organisation records for digitisation and QC checks • Verification of ERMS records against the list of digitised files stored on CDs • Identification and verification of records potentially requiring re-digitisation, eg poor image quality or missing files] • General day-to-day Central Registry operations Requirements • Min GCE 'O' Level qualification • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Good written and verbal communication skills. Working Arrangement: • Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm • Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm Location: Newton Salary: $15 per hour Duration: Immediate till end-Sep 2027 EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
