School Operations Officer (1 Year, Haig Road)

Job Title: Operations Officer Employment Type: Contract (12 months, with an option to extend for another 12 months) Work Location: 150 Haig Road, Singapore 438796 Monthly Salary: $2400/Month About the Role • helping the Operations Manager manage daily operations • helping the Operations Manager plan manpower for operations • minor repair work and other hands-on tasks • any other operational tasks assigned Contract Period: 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The school may extend the contract from 1 December 2027 to 30 November 2028. Working Hours: • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break • Fridays: 7:00am to 5:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break • Work may be required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities and common areas • Carry out regular inspections to identify defects, and follow up on repair works • Maintain the inventory for emergency preparedness exercises • Supervise cleaning contractors to make sure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met • Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services • Carry out regular inspections and address operational feedback • Carry out minor ad-hoc repairs within the school premises when needed • Handle security control at the school foyer on school days and during events • Carry out ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Admin Manager and School Leaders Job Requirements • At least 3 years of working experience in school operations • Able to multi-task • Good team player EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
