📢 Hiring: Digital Marketing Executives 📍 Singapore 💼 Permanent | Hybrid Work Arrangement 📈 Performance / Growth Marketing We have 2 Digital Marketing opportunities available for marketers who enjoy testing ideas, analysing performance and building campaigns that convert. 1️⃣ Digital Marketing Executive – SaaS / Performance Marketing Key Responsibilities - Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta & Google , driving trial sign-ups and paid subscriptions. - Test and scale campaigns across different creatives, audiences, placements and messaging. - Develop concepts and briefs for static/video advertisements . - Track and optimise CPA, conversion rates and ROAS . - Analyse customer segments and campaign data to identify opportunities for growth. Critical Requirements - Minimum 2 years' performance marketing / paid acquisition experience . - Must have hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience . - Experience in SaaS or FinTech marketing . - Strong analytical mindset and comfortable making decisions using campaign data. - US-market campaign experience is a strong advantage. ⭐ Bonus: ClickFunnels, HubSpot, GenAI prompting and experience with X, LinkedIn, Reddit or Quora advertising. ———— 2️⃣ Digital Marketing Executive – Financial Education / Creative Performance Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute performance-driven Meta & Google campaigns . - Build and optimise conversion funnels , including A/B testing of ads, landing pages and sales pages. - Create compelling hooks, messaging and direct-response copy across ads, emails, landing pages and video scripts. - Conceptualise video advertisements and work with designers/editors to produce campaign creatives. - Use performance data and GenAI tools to continuously improve marketing assets and campaign results. Critical Requirements - Minimum 1 year of digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing experience . - Strong direct-response copywriting and creative marketing ability. - Comfortable with campaign metrics and performance data. - Creative, proactive and able to test and iterate quickly. - Interest in investing, trading or financial markets is advantageous. ⭐ Bonus: Meta/Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, GenAI prompting, Photoshop/Illustrator or video-editing tools. ⚠️ Important for Applicants 📂 A digital marketing portfolio is required — candidates should include examples of their strongest ad creatives, copy and/or landing pages .
