IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support. If you have experience in IT troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and providing user support, we want to hear from you. This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience. • Working Location: Bugis Flagship Store • Working Hours: Mondays to Sundays, 11.00 AM - 9.30 PM • 5 Days work week Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems. Notebooks, Smartphones, and tablets as well • Install new software and hardware on computers • Identify and resolve hardware or software issues • Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job • Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements • Collaborating with other service centers and partners on repair services Requirements: • Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems • Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • High attention to detail and accuracy
