📢 Hiring: Membership Specialist – B2B Sales / Business Development 💰 Up to $4,200/month + Sales Incentives + AWS 📄 2-Year Contract | Potential extension based on performance 📍 Location: Paya Lebar Square 🕘 Working hours: 8:30am–5:30pm OR 9:00am–6:00pm We are looking for a driven Membership Specialist to grow the organisation's corporate membership base through active prospecting, relationship building and conversion. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Manage the full membership recruitment cycle from prospecting and engagement to conversion and onboarding. • Build a strong B2B pipeline through cold outreach, referrals and industry events . • Engage and influence corporate decision-makers, HR leaders and senior stakeholders . • Drive membership growth and consistently work towards sales/KPI targets . • Track pipeline and conversion performance and provide insights to improve outreach strategies. 🎯 What We're Looking For • Relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Client Engagement . • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals . • Strong prospecting and sales mindset – comfortable with cold outreach. • Confident engaging C-suite and senior HR stakeholders . • Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently. • Industry association / membership organisation experience is advantageous. 💰 Additional Benefits • Sales incentives on top of monthly salary. • AWS eligibility: Employees confirmed by 15 December will be eligible for AWS, prorated accordingly. • Transport expenses for client visits may be claimed , subject to HOD approval. • Occasional weekend / after-hours work may be required, with off-in-lieu provided . 📌 Interview Process – Important • Shortlisted candidates will complete a 20–30 minute pre-interview practical assessment based on realistic membership recruitment scenarios. • Materials will be provided on the day of the interview — no advance slides or written submission are required .
