☕ Barista / Service Crew | CBD | Mon–Fri | 7AM–5PM | Up to $2,500

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Barista / Service Crew to support café operations in the CBD area. This is a permanent full-time position with a fixed weekday schedule, suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a café environment and providing friendly customer service. Working Hours • Monday to Friday • 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Saturday and Sunday off • No overtime required • Placement may be at Marina Bay Link Mall, Shenton Way or Guoco Tower area depending on operational needs Job Responsibilities • Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages according to SOPs • Serve customers in a polite, friendly and efficient manner • Support café operations during lunch-hour peak periods • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, counter and seating areas • Assist with light food preparation, including toasting and plating • Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and product presentation • Follow food safety and hygiene requirements • Replenish ingredients and café supplies when required • Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Shop Manager Job Requirements • At least 1 year of relevant F&B, café or service experience preferred • Barista or beverage preparation experience will be an advantage • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate required • Basic English communication skills • Customer-service oriented with a positive working attitude • Punctual, responsible and reliable • Able to work in a fast-paced café environment • Able to commit to Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred Salary & Benefits • Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 per month , depending on experience • $100 monthly punctuality incentive • Outlet sales incentive paid every 6 months • Discretionary year-end bonus • Meal provided based on outlet offerings • Beverage provided during each shift • 7 days annual leave • Medical benefits • Training and career progression opportunities • 1-month probation period Interview Arrangement Interview will be conducted at Marina Bay Link Mall .
