Senior HR & Admin Executive | Up to $4,800 | 5 Days | Orchard | 6-Month Contract

Location: Orchard Road (Ngee Ann City) Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Rest Days: Saturday & Sunday Start Date: Mid-November / Early December 2026 Your Key Responsibilities • Manage full monthly payroll processing using BIPO, including commissions and overtime. • Handle CPF, IRAS, AIS/IR8A submissions and government claims. • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation and work pass administration. • Support recruitment for professional and frontline positions. • Maintain HRMS records, prepare HR reports and employee correspondence. • Provide HR advisory and administrative support to department heads. • Assist with HR projects, audits, policy updates and process improvements. What We're Looking For • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with strong Singapore payroll knowledge. • Able to independently manage payroll, CPF, IRAS and statutory requirements. • Experience with BIPO or similar HRMS/payroll systems. • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. • Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently. • Able to commit to the full 6-month contract.
