Restaurant Duty Manager (FOH) | $3,500 | CHIJMES | Hotpot Restaurant

Our client, a well-established hotpot restaurant located at CHIJMES , is seeking an experienced Restaurant Duty Manager (Front of House) to lead daily service operations and support a high-performing FOH team. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and supervise service staff during shifts • Prepare duty rosters and ensure sufficient manpower coverage • Train, coach and assess new and existing FOH employees • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally • Maintain service, grooming and restaurant operating standards • Ensure food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and property safety requirements are followed • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development • Coordinate closely with FOH, BOH and management teams • Respond to operational issues and recommend service or process improvements Requirements • More than 3 years of relevant restaurant / F&B experience • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience • Hotpot or established F&B chain experience will be an advantage • Good understanding of local F&B hygiene, safety and operational requirements • Strong communication, customer service, complaint-handling and problem-solving skills • Able to train and develop service staff • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic document handling • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Working Hours • 6 days per week • 60 hours per week • Shift-based schedule • 1 rest day per week Interested applicants may apply with an updated resume.
