Mailroom Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities • Attend to customer enquiries through phone and email. • Receive, Sort, collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mails. • Manage registered, courier and Singapore Post mails. • Sort mails according to departments and pigeonholes. • Record mail volumes, postage costs and daily mailroom activities. • Frank out going local, overseas and registered mails. • Check printed postage after franking and record franking meter readings. • Maintain mailroom supplies, equipment and basic stationery. • Update customers on mail collection and delivery status. • Maintain proper records and confidentiality of mail. Requirements • Minimum GCE N/O-Level or equivalent. • Relevant experience in mailroom , administrative, customer service, or office operations • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and email). • Basic numeracy skills for recording postage costs and mail volumes.
